How To List Your Event On Find Fun Here.

 

First you register as a customer. Then you go to your profile page, at the bottom of the page is a button labelled become an organiser, press the button.

 

 

 

When you press the link you will get the following information in blue about becoming an organiser. Enter your business name and press the submit button

 

 

 

Once you have pressed the submit button you will be able to access the organisers administration panel. The first thing you need to do after you have become an organizer ( a business owner wanting to post their business on Find Fun Here) is fill out all the fields in your profile page. It is a good idea to read through this all first, gather all the information then fill in the fields required.

 

Below will tell you why you need to fill out the information and where it appears.

 

 

 

  • So for avatar depending on your business, you can either put a picture of yourself or your business logo.
  • Name this is your business name or your name depending on your business model.
  • Youir email address, this should already contain your email that you signed up with.
  • Address of your business, or your personal address
  • Best Contact phone number
  • Tax file numbe or business abn or business identification number.

Connect With Stripe

If your going to sell tickets with us, then you need to press connect with stripe then copy the web. address provided and become a member of stripe connect. When you have placed your unique stripe codes into your admin panel, all payments made to book tickets to your venue will go directly to you, any admin fees charged by the site will be paid directly to the sites bank account. That way your in total control of your finances. In the admin panel you can easily follow all your bookings,  payments received and admin charges that were charged by the site.

Password Update

When ever your updating any information in your profile section make sure that the current password field is empty. Auto fill on your computer will automatically fill this password field in. If it does that when you do all the other work it will give you an alert asking for you to provide new password. If you do want to change your password its easy fill in your current password then your new password and then confirm it to make sure you have not done a typo. 

 

Bank Details

 

 

Bank details are important it is where your money is sent when connected with Stripe. It is also a way that we can verify that you are indeed a real business and not someone trying to scam people with a bogas product on our web site.

  • Bank Name : The name of the Bank you deal with (eg National Bank).
  • Bank code this is the swift code given to the (eg. National Bank).
  • The branch name of the bank your dealing with. Where you go to do your banking.
  • The Branch Code for the bank where you do your banking, this number is on your checks if your not sure call your bank.
  • Then your bank account number (make sure these numbers are all correct)
  • The name of the particular account.
  • Bank phone number to the branch you bank with.

 

Organizers Information

This information becomes available when a potential customer clicks on the link by Find Fun Here in blue. This will be your name or your company name. This is a great place to promote your business and what it is all about. This page will also show other events you may have posted, for instance you might do whale watching and you might do fishing trips. So you would create two differnt events under the one company. These events will all show up when a customer clicks this link.

The avatar you upload at the top of your profile page is also going to be displayed on this page about the business owner promoting the event.

On this page you can also share links to your social media pages.

Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Channel & a link to your web page.

 

Sellers Info (This information appears on your invoice sent to the customer

 

  • Sellers name : name of your business, 
  • Sellers info: business address, phone number, email.
  • Sellers Tax Info you companies identification number.

 

 

  • Seller Signiture ( this also is displayed on the invoice, you can choose what you put here, you might choose to put your company logo, like the picture above.
  • Seller Note : this appears under your signiture on the invoice, you might put a line thanking them for their business and any specific instructions about the day such as where you might meet, bring a hat and sunscreen. Whatever you think might be important.

Mail Chimp

Mail Chimp is an email service by creating an account you can create great promotional email to send to your customer base. They have free accounts and paid accounts. Not every one will need this but bigger businesses will find it very usefull.
